Is Labneh healthy?

Of course Labneh is healthy but in our dairy we mainly ask our self ‘is it tasty?’ Labneh contains a lot of proteins, fats and vitamins. For lactose sensitive people there is also good news. Labneh contains little lactose because the milk is almost completely acidified.

Our Labneh is made with goats and cow’s milk. Because of its short fatty acids, goat milk digests faster. But again, it makes our Labneh even more delicious.

When it comes to making our products better, we love technology in our the dairy. Apart from the completely safe potassium sorbate, a preservative against fungi and yeasts and in nature occurring in the rowan, our Labneh only contains the necessary.

Even more than yogurt (it is concentrated!) Labneh is a great source of proteins and fats. The nutritional value is also in the vitamins and minerals such as B12 and Calcium. In addition, Labneh contains less lactose than most yogurts because the milk sugar is acidified longer.
