Is Labneh healthy?

Of course Labneh is healthy but in our dairy we are mainly concerned with ‘ yummy ‘. Labneh contains a lot of proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins. For milk sugar sensitive people there is good news. Labneh contains little lactose because the milk sugars are almost completely acidified. And there’s more good news. Because the milk is highly pasteurized, you can safely eat our Labneh when you’re pregnant.

Our Labneh is made with half goats and half cow’s milk. Because of its short fatty acids, goat’s milk digests more quickly and it also makes our Labneh even better.

When it comes to making our products better, we are not averse to technological tools in the Zuivelarij. Apart from the completely safe potassium sorbate, a preservative against fungi and yeasts and in nature occurring in the Rowan, our Labneh only contains the necessary.
